Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to all locations within Greece, including the Greek islands. If you are located outside of Greece and would like to place an order, please contact us at pinatas.gr@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Times

Ready-to-ship piñatas:

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days
  • Delivery time: 2–3 working days
  • Total from order to door: approximately 3–5 working days

Custom piñatas:

  • Design preview sent within: 24 hours
  • Production time after approval: 5–7 working days
  • Delivery time: 2–3 working days
  • Total from order to door: approximately 7–10 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Greek public holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over €100
  • Orders under €100: standard delivery fee calculated at checkout based on your location

Tracking Your Order

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to follow your order every step of the way.

Easter & Holiday Deadlines

During busy holiday periods such as Easter and Christmas, we strongly recommend ordering early to guarantee delivery before your event. We will publish specific order deadlines on our website during these periods.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services during peak periods, but we will always do everything we can to help.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because nobody was available at the address, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at pinatas.gr@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
