📦 Shipping, Orders and Returns
🧾 Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Pinatas.gr.
This means your order has been successfully received and is being prepared for production or processing.

Ready-made piñatas: Prepared for dispatch within a few working days

Custom piñatas: We may contact you to confirm design details before production begins
If there are any issues with your order (e.g. availability or custom requirements), we will contact you via email as soon as possible.
🚚 Order Production & Shipping
Because many of our piñatas are handmade to order, processing times may vary:

Ready-made items: Ship within 2–5 business days

Custom orders: Typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking details (where available)
We deliver nationwide across Greece.
📦 Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging every order.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Please take photos of the packaging and product immediately
- Email us at support@pinatas.gr within 48 hours of delivery
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
❌ Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- After this time, production may have already started (especially for custom items)
Custom-made piñatas cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Ready-made items may be eligible for return (subject to condition)
- Custom orders are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged

Each piñata is handcrafted, so slight variations may occur — this is part of what makes every piece unique.
